1. Agreement

By accessing northstar-archive.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Northstar Archive Inc. ("Northstar Archive", "we", "us", or "our"), a Texas corporation.

2. Pre-Orders

All current purchases are pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree to the following:

• Full payment of $1,100 USD plus applicable shipping is collected at the time of order.
• Upon receiving your pre-order, we immediately begin assembling your watch unit. Because assembly begins at the time of order, pre-orders are non-refundable.
• Estimated delivery is 8–12 weeks after the pre-order window closes. This is an estimate and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays outside our control.
• You will be notified by email when your order ships.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but the price at the time of your order will always be honored. Applicable taxes may be collected depending on your location.

4. Shipping

• Domestic shipping (United States): $25 flat rate, estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• International shipping (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia): $75 flat rate, estimated 10–21 business days after dispatch.
• Northstar Archive is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on northstar-archive.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Northstar Archive Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northstar Archive Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
